Gr. 8 so far (OuO)

This school year is going pretty well. It’s my second year at this school and I am now more familiar with the whole school and all the students. I have learned many things already this year. In E.L.A we just finished reading a Novella called “The Old Man and the Sea”. In math we learned about dividing and multiplying fractions, we’ve had some quizzes here and there but nothing too big. In Social Studies so far we have done nothing except for notes, it’s really different from the Social Studies I’m used to from the past but I’m getting used to all the notes and stuff. Science class we’ve been learning how to calculate Density, Volume and mass. We learned a bit of it last year so its familiar to most of us, we have a different teacher this year for science, and his name is Mr. Rautert and he’s a pretty chill and cool teacher.

        In French class we just finished presenting our poster about our friends and general information about them. In ICT we are writing paragraphs about how we’ve been for the few weeks of school that we started. In PE we are learning about football which is pretty fun, it’s something new that I haven’t really gotten myself into. So overall this school year is going pretty well and hope for this to continue.
